TRAVEL & ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please note that arrival times are not guaranteed. They are estimates, based on operator's provisions, and statistics. We recommend a minimum of 5 hours for connecting flights.
CHECK-IN POLICY
- You need to show a passport or ID card on check-in.
- All passengers' details on the voucher must match with the actual document.
- Please stand by at the meeting point 60 minutes before the departure time.
- In case of late check-in, your booking will be considered as a no show.
- The operator will not be responsible for any delays.
LUGGAGE POLICY
- Passengers are allowed to have 1 luggage and 1 hand carry per passenger.
- Weight allowed for luggage: 25 KG. (Except for the route from Laos, max 20 KG).
- The dimension is 66.2 x 46.1 x 27.3 cm (not more than 24 inch size).
- If it exceeds, the customer has to buy an extra seat for luggage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours before departure are subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
- Child Policy: No child price, counted as adult.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
- Pregnancy: Allowed to travel, no restrictions.
